The 4ULZ-170 potato combine harvester can directly load potatoes into the truck, simplifying the work flow and reducing labor intensity. The tractor pulls the combine harvester to excavate via the digging shovel. The excavated potato soil is transported through a conveying net sieve for separation and transportation. Clean potatoes are finally delivered to transport vehicles through the specialized conveying device.
1. Superior Separation: Uses front floating disc knives to cut ground and weeds. Two-stage wavy grid transport separator made of high-performance alloy steel ensures optimal separation of potatoes even in sticky or sandy soils.
2. Low Skin Breaking Rate: Vibration amplitude is scientifically adjusted. Rubber-toothed driving wheels and special steel grids ensure the breaking rate is kept below 2%.
3. Effective Cleaning: Counter-rotating rubber rollers remove clay from the skin, while the seedling removing shaft clears vines for a cleaner harvest.
4. High Efficiency Conveying: Foldable arm with U-shaped potato bags prevents rolling during lifting. High lifting angles ensure stable and fast delivery.
5. Durable Construction: Laser-cut parts, high-precision sealed bearings, and abrasion-resistant rubber wheels ensure a long service life without vibration or soil leakage.
