4ULZ-170 potato combine harvester can directly load potatoes into the truck, simplifying the work flow and reducing the labor intensity. The structure type is traction type. During work, the tractor pulls the combine harvester and excavates the digging shovel. At the same time, the potato-soil loosening and excavation depth limit are carried out by the contour-shaped deep-wheel, and the excavated potato soil is transported through the conveying net sieve for potato-soil separation and potato block transportation.

2. Low Skin Breaking Rate: Vibration amplitude is scientifically adjusted. The grid type transportation device uses rubber driving wheels for light wear and reliable use, keeping the skin breaking rate below 2%.

3. Effective Soil Clearing: Special shape rubber rollers rotate to remove clay from potato skin, and a seedling removing shaft pulls away vines for a cleaner harvest.

4. High Conveying Efficiency: Foldable conveying arm with U-shaped potato bags prevented rolling during lifting. High-strength elastic mesh further screens clay during transport.

5. Durable & Stable: Laser-cut precision frame, high-precision sealed bearings, and abrasion-resistant rubber wheels ensure a long service life without grass blocking or vibration.
