⚙️ Three-Stage Construction Method
Step 1: Guide Bit Breakthrough

Step 2: Diameter Expansion & Conduit Installation
A variable diameter pipe is installed on the guide rod. Spiral casings and conveying pipes are pushed in sequentially. Once the transition pipe breaks through, the system is ready for sand discharge during the final excavation phase.
Step 3: Submersible Shield Excavation
The submersible shield machine is connected to the spiral conveyor. It extends the bore to the final required size while cutting sand is discharged through the pipe. Lubricating mud or water can be injected to soften soil and reduce friction during propulsion.
