The rotary kiln belongs to construction equipment. According to different processing materials, rotary kiln can be divided into cement rotary kiln, metallurgy rotary kiln, and limestone rotary kiln.
Cement rotary kiln is mainly used for calcination of cement clinker, suitable for both dry and wet types. Metallurgy rotary kiln is used in the metallurgy industry and ironworks for lean iron ore, chromium ore, and ferronickel ore calcination. It is also utilized for calcination of high aluminum bauxite ore in the refractory material industry and aluminum hydroxide in aluminum manufacturing.
Lime kiln (active lime kiln) is used for roasting the active lime used in steel works, ferroalloy works, and calcined dolomite.

The 1500t/d rotary kiln cement production line burning system can produce 300,000 tons of clinker. The whole line can produce 500,000 tons of cement per year. The scope of engineering design covers everything from limestone crushing and raw fuel entering the plant to the delivery of the finished cement.


The rotary kiln is the core equipment for sintering cement clinker. Our rotary kilns support both dry and wet processes and can also be applied to chemical and metallurgy industries. Through technical innovations, the system adopts high measuring precision plunger pumps, variable speed adjusted valves, and contact graphite block air seals. To enhance automation, industrial TV monitoring is used at the kiln head, and infrared scanning systems are adopted for the sintering zone to reflect burning conditions directly on the computer.
These technologies ensure the operation is intuitive and reliable. Heat consumption is reduced by approximately 15%, while production capacity is increased by 5-10%.
