Simple chuck type (unfixing Holding-latch) hydraulic Jack is a double acting hydraulic jack (also known as hydraulic lifting machine) with upper and lower clamping heads divided into two bodies. It is suitable for lifting construction of various large storage tanks (steel) or other heavy objects. It needs to cooperate with the lifting rod to achieve reciprocating lifting work.

Product Structure
The jack comprises an oil cylinder and a piston. The upper and lower ends are provided with cylinder heads featuring oil inlet and outlet holes. The hollow piston rod extends through both ends, allowing the lifting rod to pass through axially. Locking devices with wedge blocks and spring chucks ensure secure gripping of the lifting rod during operation.
Working Principle
Hydraulic lifting devices are distributed around the tank's inner wall. The tank top and first layer are lifted first. When oil enters the jack, the upper clamp fastens and lifts the rod and expansion ring. During oil return, the lower clamp automatically fastens the rod to prevent gliding. This reciprocating motion continues until the designated height is reached for the next layer of wall plates.
